A new Epiphany
After the Wall

The Epiphany was the visit of the Magi
to the infant Jesus of Nazareth in the
town of Bethlehem mentioned in the
Gospel of Mathew 2:1-12.

If they tried to travel today to Bethleham
they would run into the Wall built by the
Israeli state. The Israelis call it the
"Separation Fence", while the Palestinians
call it the "Apartheid Wall". The two
terms share something in common, don't
you think?

But this wallpaper was inspired by a news
account [link] of AMM, Gaza, American doctors who
went to Gaza after the tragic carnage this
past winter. I thought of them and other
doctors who helped as being a New Epiphany.
